Hi, our client (Multinational Online Transportation Company) are looking for **Customer Service (English Speaker)**!

**Requirement**:

- Min education D3 any major
- Min fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position (entry-level)
- **Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills**:

- Willing to work in the shifting schedule
- Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
- Able to set the friendly tone (Smiling Voice)
- Good analytical skill
- Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
- Fast response, effective and efficient in working

**Job desc**:

- Guide our consumers and partners in using our products
- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners
- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
- Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our consumers and partners

Pay: From Rp5,300,000 per month
