Customer Service (English Speaking)

Criterias & Requirements:- **English & Bahasa proficiency** with both clear articulation and written are mandatory.- D3/S1 with minimum 2.75 GPA- Open for fresh graduate with skills to communicate with empathy, smiley voice, passion to help.- Excited with Customer Service role,- Accustomed in working with target and in a fast-pace environment- Typing skills minimum 50 WPM with minimum accuracy 90%- Attention to details are very important. Basic of MS Excel- Willing to work in shifting mode/schedule.- Vaccinated minimum 2 doses**Responsibilities**:- Guide our consumers and partners in using our products- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base- Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our consumers and partners**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Rp4,900,000 - Rp5,500,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work in shifting mode?
