**Customer Service Executive**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Online LiveChat according to schedule
- Working on Ticket Support on Freshdesk
- Doing Bank Payment Verification
- Working on PayPal payment
- Approve Pending Orders / Pending Service Activation
- Canceling Service for Orders that the client does not respond to

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Bachelor Degree from any study, Preferably Marketing or IT
- Excellent in English
- Proven experience as an customer service
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability in using Excel
- Well Disciplined / Well Organized, Excellent Follow up skill
- Knowing about the Domain, Hosting/Server, Website sales is an advantage
- Willing to do shifting and conducting overtime as needed

**Working conditions**:
Must be based in Jogja or willing to be relocated to Jogja
Work From Home allowed (after the probationary period)
