Customer Service Executive

Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all documentation related to customers such as E-Faktur, Tax Invoice and, DO,
- Follow up the delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure all importation documents needed are in place such as PI, BL, PL, PIB, COO, etc.
- Obtain documents needed from suppliers such as ICP, COA, SDS, and ROHS.
- Prepare PO to local supplier for supporting goods or operational and complete documents for payment process.
- Provide support to Senior Customer Service Executive.
- Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.

**Working Location**:Jababeka, Cikarang
- Staying around Cikarang / Jababeka would be better

**Salary**: Up to Rp5,600,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cikarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
