Customer Service Executive (Wfh - English/Mandarin

**Requirement**
- **Fluent English**:

- **Fluent Cantonese / Mandarin include Speaking + Reading + Writing**:

- Able to commit to working on Rotational Shifts specifically **Night Shifts**:

- Stable internet Connection minimum of **100 Mbps**:

- Education Requirement: High School
- **Immediate Starters Prioritized**

**Responsibility**
- Able to converse, interpret and deliver a precise and correct message.
- Good phone etiquette, calm and timely mannered.
- Work at the comfort of your own home - no worse traffics to endure to/fro work, tolls, petrol consumption, and work attire.
- Evening/Night shifts due to the US timezone. **Work on a roster/scheduled basis**:

- Minimum 8 hours a day - 40 hours per week, work for 5 days a week & 2 days off which will either fall on a weekday/weekend.
