PT Hino Finance Indonesia ("HFI/Company") was established based on a joint venture agreement between Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs.
Receiving, recording and resolving all customer questions, requests and complaints in accordance with the time and method of handling determined by the company

Conduct end-to-end monitoring activities for the resolution of customer requests/complaints involving other units/vendors by coordinating directly with related units

Maintain company image and good relations with customers by communicating and by looking and behaving well in accordance with what is regulated by the company and applicable norms

Provide accurate, valid and complete information about facilities, services and products if needed using appropriate methods/tools
Bachelor's degree in any major

Having 2-3 years working in the service / Customer Service department

Having knowledge in financial industry is an added value

Good communication skill and enjoy building relationship with new person

Excellent in customer orientation


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
