Customer Service

To assist with all e-commerce orders.-
- Manage the premier same-day delivery service offers an exceptional same-day service within Greater Jakarta.-
- To assist customers with product questions.To help customers to register online and/or to process their orders-
- Deal with complaints, late orders, and escalation processes where necessary. To handle difficult customers with professionalism. Set clear expectations, provide timely follow-up, and independently handle challenging client situations daily.-
- Liaise with the after-sales service team for customer product repair.Provide concise record keeping for day-to-day job desc.-
- Take responsibility to improve product knowledge and advise customers on purchases-
- Liaise with other departments as necessary to meet customer demandsRequirements:
- Manage workload effectivelyPrevious experience as an E-Commerce fulfillment associate is preferred.-
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exceed expectations for a demanding customer base-
- A genuine interest in fashion and current trendsAbility to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully-
