**Customer Service Consultant**
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

**Job Requirement**
- English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English)
- Indonesian Speaking (Native)
- Mandarin (Professional)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must.

**Salary**: Up to Rp13,910,000 per month
