Customer Service

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang, Indonesia for a Customer Service Lead. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible to handle day to day Customers' enquiries, resolving customer support issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, Overseeing that orders are being forwarded to fulfillment team and fulfilled on time. Ensuring customer's feedbacks are being heard by production team. Creating and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Experience in improving customer experience.
- Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)

- Tangerang (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Tangerang: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
