Detail job desc:

- Handling daily inquiries / complaint from new registered user
- Helping new customers to understand the value of our product or service through onboarding process
- Hit daily performance by response and resolution time
- Coordinate with the Inbound Coordinator to collect and share hot leads for Everpro services
- Coordinate with CRM & Marketing team to improve the onboarding process
- Requirements:

- Fresh graduate are welcome, have experience in customer support will be preferred
- Able to use MS Office, MS Excel and Google Workspace (Excel/GSheet, MS Word/GDocs, PowerPoint/GSheet, etc)
- Willing to fully work from office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner, willing to learn new things


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
