**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree any Major (Korean literature)
- Fresh Graduated are welcome
- Fluent speaking and writing in Korea language
- Have 1 year of customer service experience (Especially Live chat), and have received service soft skills training
- Typing speed 50 words/min
- Good communication and listening skill
- Have the ability of computer operating properly
- Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, at least have experience using e-commerce platform as buyer and seller once
- Willing to work in Jakarta
