**ITgenio is an international school for online education. We teach children and teenagers from 5 to 18 years old online from anywhere in the world.****And now we are looking for a Customer Service Manager with experience in the English-speaking market (USA, Canada, UK) to join our team.****What you will do**:- Systematize and qualify new leads in CRM- Negotiate and make deals with customers- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and daily interactions- Assist clients with all related documentation- Give product presentations to current customers- Fill out reports**Required Qualifications**:- Fluent English to confidently hold business negotiations (**C1-?2, American/British pronunciation!**)- Successful experience in Customer Service is mandatory- Conflict resolution skills and ability to work with objections- Experience dealing with overseas clients, particularly in American, Canadian, or British markets- Strong desire and ability to create an atmosphere of caring for the client**Will be your advantage**:- Successful experience with objections- Successful experience with an audience of parents- Knowledge of IT and ability to sell IT products- 1 or more years of experience in the edtech industry**We offer**:- Remote work.
