Customer Service Officer Icr Taman Aries

Assist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operations of the Learning Centre.- Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents.- Ensure safety and care of students.- Schedule classes and optimize class schedules- Attend, respond and manage customer enquiries and requests.- Front desk and administrative duties.- Help Centre Manager with Sales and enrolments.- Must be able to meet sales KPI.- Preferable experience includes but is not limited to Education Centres, Sales, Customer Service, Retail; Food and Beverage.- Must love children.- Good English Skills- Computer and MS Office proficient.- Must be willing to work retail hours (i.e. Saturday) with two off days.- Maximum age 35 years old
