Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:- Handling complaints- Handling lost & found items.- Assist tenant's & guest's facility needs- directions & access**Requirements**:- Education min. SMA/SMK (preferably majoring in hospitality)- Good Hospitality Person- Good English skill, oral & written.- Willing to work in team- Willing to work with shifting working hours and days (Including public holiday).**Salary**: Rp4,902,000 per month**Education**:- SMA/SMU/SMK (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Jakarta (required)
