Customer Service Officer

**Company Description**
- Receiving order from customer
- Process the order from customer though manual/VIPS/SIPS/TRIM/D2Comm
- Confirm delivery schedule to customer
- Monitoring order status on production
- Arrange delivery or shipment
- Update shipment/delivery status to customer
- Process any complaint from customer relating the order processing

**Qualifications**
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- D3/S1
- Capable in excel pivot, Vlookup
- Able to work under pressure
- Carefully, deftly, and have the initiative
- Multitasking (can do several thing at the same time)
- Good in detail
