Customer Service & Qc Screening (Arabic Speaker)

Jakarta Game Operations Entry Level / InternCustomer service/QC to monitor streaming and community platform**Job Description**:- Deliver 100% QC process: executing thorough check between game operational sheet against backend setting- Maintain operational QC tracker- Align with game PICs regarding all the necessary QC processes, including tracker maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and corrective actions- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Utilize excellent customer service skills- Able to escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of customer interactions (report on a daily basis)Job Requirements- Bachelor degree from any major- Fluent in Arabic- Has background or experience in operations from any industry will be a plus (experience in operations within a tech industry will be highly preferred)- High attention to detail and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
