Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Menteng area, Jakarta

Key Points/Requirements:

- Previous Experience: We value previous experience as a customer service representative, but we also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in this role. If you have experience in the insurance field, it would also be an advantage.
- Education: Minimum education requirement is SMA/K but a D3-D4 degree is preferable.
- Flexibility: As a customer service representative, you should be able to work flexible hours in shifts and on-site.
- Training: Having previous training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
