**Key Responsibility**
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products or services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through resolution steps.
- Handle customer transactions, including orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, actively listening to their concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer service targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
