Customer Service Representative

Our client, a BPO company headquartered in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives to join their team.**Responsibilities**:- Manage a high volume of calls in a timely and efficient manner- Accurately identify and address customer needs- Conduct thorough investigations into customer issues- Provide effective solutions to resolve customer concerns- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the call center database- Consistently meet performance targets for quality conversations**Qualifications**:- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment- Demonstrated passion for social media engagement and human interaction- Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta, Indonesia- Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including graveyard hours- Fluency in Thai, Vietnamese, and English- Open to applicants of Thai and Vietnamese nationality only**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Thailand (required)
