Customer Service Representative (Philippine Based)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Answering customer's questions via phone and/or live chat
- Maintaining and updating customers' accounts
- Responding to customers' complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
- Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback for service improvement

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
