- Making parts order plan to affiliate company based on PO & forecast from customers.
- Managing forecast data from customers.
- Making Delivery Plan to customers based on Delivery Instructions
- Cooperating with affiliate company (afco) regarding Purchasing Order from customer, production capacity, Delivery Plan from afco and related issues.
- As contact person/window of SBD Fastening Div., to receive any information, and request from customers.
- Monitoring forecast and purchase order data from customers
- Create parts order plan to affiliate company based on PO & forecast from customers.
- Input purchase order to affiliate company into system, monitoring stock and update I/C price in system.
- Monitoring shipment and preparing documents to customs clearance process
- Proactive, comprehensive, and detailed in reviewing and analyzing if any delay or issue related the shipment.
- Making Delivery Plan to customers based on Delivery Instructions
- Create Delivery Order in system and distribute Delivery Instruction to the warehouse.
- Making trucking plan to deliver goods to the customers.
- Cooperating with supply chain and warehouse team regarding delivery plan, parts ordering, and related issues.
- Create Invoice and billing to the customer, include prepare hardcopy invoice and their completeness.
- Liaise and follow up with relevant internal departments should there be any issue with the invoice. As contact person/window of SBD Fastening Div., to receive any information, and request from customers.
