Customer Service Supervisor

Details of the offer

Minimum S1.
- Fluent in English.
- Problem Solving, able to work quickly.
- Experience min 3 - 5 years as a Team Leader / SPV in the Customer Service Team.
- Preferable have work experience in e-commerce / fintech company.
- Familiar with Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Pivot Table.
- Familiar with creating SOP, Monthly Analysis & Report.
- Willing to be placed in Office 88 and Office Bintaro.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
