Position Purpose: To oversee all aspects of accounts related to purchase orders and goods distribution while maintaining our clients' needs. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to established guiding principles and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Description of Duties: Manage import shipments from overseas to Singapore and Indonesia. Review and submit orders and issue Purchase Orders to brand partners. Coordinate and track incoming shipments by preparing shipment arrival documents. Communicate order status updates to the Demand Planning Team and address inquiries or issues. Proactively communicate with the Warehouse, Import, and Marketing teams. Manage inbound discrepancies. Handle stock transfers within storage locations (MIGO). Assist with reports, including supply trackers, shipment tracking, and consolidating discrepancies.. Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and a bachelor's degree. Good communication skills. Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. A great team player. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and openness to challenges
