Job Role Help the team to provide professional customer service support Answer customer calls, emails, and live chats Works on the weekend and helps on mega campaigns (i.e., 9.9, 10.10, etc) Create reports using Word and Excel to collect data for analysis and reports To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays Communicate and coordinate with the team as necessary Maintain a positive and profesional attitude toward customers at all times ??
