**Customer Services and Support Staff**

**The Opportunity**

At SRTS, you will join a dynamic and energetic team of professionals. Your role significantly supports SRTS's performance and day-to-day decision-making processes. In the face of an increasingly competitive market, analytical and sharp Customer Services and Support Stafflike you are highly sought after to continually generate successful business strategies and decisions. Without your talent, businesses won't be able to run at full efficiency.
- Handling and monitoring shipment from customer location to the final destination
- Checking and handling all export import documents before and after shipment arrive
- Performing import and export administrative records
- Ensure all import and export documents compliance to government regulation and requirement
- Liaising and negotiating with Shipper, Consignee, Agent and Customer
- Resolve any arising problem or complaint
- Assist the sales division

**Requirements**:

- Male or Female, Bachelor degree or Diploma or equivalent educational background
- Proven experience as a Customer Services or relevant role
- Excellent in communication and negotiation
- Computer literate, fluent in English, and has an experiences in export-import department is an advantage
- Able to work in a team, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Hard working, multitasking, responsible, communicative and proactive attitude
- Responsible and Passionate
- Age below 30 years
- Preferably domiciled in North Jakarta or West Jakarta

**Allowance**
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan

**Working Time**
- Monday to Friday (08.30 - 17.30 WIB)
