**What you will do**:
- Handling all customer success in our projects/company
- Handling Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google,etc)
**Requirements**:
- Great communication, negotiation and written skills
- Able to speak and write in english
- Dynamic, driven, bubbly and fun loving personality
- Responsible, sens of urgency and ownership
- Independent and able to work in a team
- Customer-centric both via writter and in person
- Open to learn new experience as customer support-success
- Good at desigining content social media
**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer Success: 1 year (preferred)
