Customer Success Manager

**Responsibilities**

You will be wearing multiple hats in this role:

- Be the finance manager for our Virtual CFO customers
- Triage customer problems and come up with innovative solutions to solve them
- Coordinate customer deliveries every month with the operations team
- Working with accounting and product teams to drive new product features that customers want

You are a good fit if you:

- Are a problem solver
- Are outgoing, friendly and love working with people from different nationalities
- Have an MBA or a background in accounting/finance
- Are fluent in English - written and oral
