**About The Role**

Tentang Anak is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation and excellence. The Customer Supply Chain is a senior professional responsible for orchestrating the critical link between our Tentang Anak and our valued customers. This role is multifaceted, involving strategic planning, collaborative relationship management, and the ability to translate customer needs into supply chain solutions that drive service, cost, and cash improvements.
- Service and Cost Effectiveness (transport, warehouse, and logistics cost)
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for all supply chain-related matters and proactively address customer concerns and requirements
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with customer requirements and enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and cash flow
- Collaborate with customers to optimize on-shelf product availability and reduce stockouts, improving overall customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure the successful commercialization of supply chain improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer supply chain management, including collaborative relationship-building for 3-5 years
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within a customer-oriented context
- Operational Discipline
- Knowledge in warehouse and logistics
- Obsessed with continuous improvement and always put customers first mindset
