We are expanding our team and seeking highly skilled professionals to join us as **Customer Support Agents.** This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our company, as it has a direct influence on sales and ultimately determines the success of a company
**Key Role**:
- Efficiently responds and communicates with clients to understand and service their needs via livechat
- Effectively analyses customer data to make appropriate recommendations and problem resolutions
- Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer's problem; determining the cause; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Demonstrates excellent customer service by facilitating positive long-term relationships and a high potential for repeat business.
- Builds rapport with clients and effectively diffuses conflict and opposition
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Committed to meeting quality standards in processing customer adjustments
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically
- A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help and provide exceptional service, displaying patience, empathy, and understanding
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to analyse situations, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions
- Willingness to learn and acquire a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies
- Collaboration and cooperation with team members to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge and supporting others when necessary
- Work independently under mínimal supervision
- Calm person, good listener and stay positive assisting customers who are upset
- Responsible, fast learner, interpersonal skills and a strong spirit of teamwork
**Key Requirements**:
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
- Experience is not a must but will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are accepted
- Has an understanding of IT knowledge
- Laptop with memory of 8GB or Apple Mac not older than 2015 year and stable internet connection
- Willing to work long hours
- Willing to work on a shift schedule (day and night shifts from 9 am to 9 pm and the next day from 9pm to 9am followed by 2 days off)
- Willing to work remotely
