Customer Support (Japanese Speaker)

Details of the offer

Conduct account opening and verification procedures.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding account registration; promotion; and company services.
- Receive, accommodate, and follow up on inquiries, criticism, suggestions, complaints, and feedback from clients.
- Accurately manage and resolve client issues
- Make decisions on handling customer complaints based on SOP
- Convey the conclusion of the complaint follow-up process to the client.
- Analyzing customer satisfaction surveys.
- Obliged to protect data and information related to customers, systems and everything related to the company
- Provide input and suggestions according to their respective fields, for the development and progress of the company
- Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least holds a bachelor's degree
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- **Good command of the English and Japanese language, both oral and written.**:

- Must have at least 2-3 years' experience as Customer Support or similar position.
- Possess strong relationship management skills, ability to collaborate, and bring people together towards a shared outcome
- Passionate about high-quality work and continuous improvement in business procedures.
- Possess good comprehension and sharp analytical skills
- Be a team player and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Good record of attendance, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
