**Job Description**:

- Maintain the confidentiality customer privacy including complaints or requests from customers
- Provide solutions to customer complaints
- Make a complaint report or customer request
- Establish good communication with customers

**Qualifications**:

- Male / Female
- Age maximum 30 years
- Min. D3
- Have minimum 1 year experience as Customer Support / Call Center / Contact Center
- Have a good communication skill & interpersonal skill
- Required skill(s) : Ms.office and Internet
