**Job Descriptions**:

- Conduct end-to-end of customer support processing in accordance with the established SOP.
- Conduct training about gaji.id system to the clients effectively.
- Managing Customer Support Reports & Documentation accordance with established SOP.

**Requirements**:
**Job Requirements**:

- Have knowledge in payroll calculation and tax (Pph 21).
- Familiar with the management of BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
- Have used HRIS/HRMS.
- Bachelor degree in Information System, Accounting, Management or related qualification.
- Able to communicate properly and clearly to the clients.
- Detail-oriented.
- Eager to learn, fast learner, and a strong team player.
- Having foreign language skills (English) is preferred.
- Willing to onsite and travel.
