**Identify customer needs and guide customers by using particular features**:

- **Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)**:

- **Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance**:

- **Inform customers on any new features and its functions**:

- **Conduct after sales services**:

- **Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved**

**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
