We are currently seeking talented people to join our team as Cycle Planning Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Assist Cycle Planning Manager in orchestrating brand's portfolio & resource allocation for promotional activities to achieve company's objectives in timely manner.
- Assist Cycle Planning Manager to orchestrate the cycle process for upcoming cycle deployment, especially for Consumer Activations and Trade Channels Activities.
- Manage coordination with vary stakeholders at once, consolidate plan for upcoming cycle and ensure alignment with company's strategic direction, before releasing the communication document.
- Balancing overall Consumer Activation Budget planning & utilization and report its performance.
- Consolidate overall promotional material utilization data.
- Consolidate and prepare Consumer Activation achievement tracking & report.
- Assist Cycle Planning Manager to develop Consumer Activation strategic direction in regard to market data and consumer behavior for upcoming years
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimal bachelor's degree
- Min. 3 - 4 years' experience in Marketing/Commercial field, experience in media marketing planning will be preferable
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in very dynamic and challenging environment
- Agile and have strong drive for result
- Have a good presentation skill both in creating and presenting
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)
