D365 Crm Technical Consultant

**Note: This is an onsite opportunity in Malaysia.**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
- Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, including MySQL databases, to facilitate data exchange and process automation.
- Develop and maintain data migration strategies and tools to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- Lead the customization and development of Dynamics 365 functionalities using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of Dynamics 365 systems to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Pay: Rp120,000,000 - Rp250,000,000 per year
