Data Analyst (E-Commerce)

Collaboratively work with business analyst in defining business & technical requirements and specifications related to analytics
- Design and develop scalable ETL packages from the business source systems
- Performing raw data withdrawal or data that has been processed from the database needed for internal and external team analysis through BI tools or queries
- Build and maintain dashboards that effectively communicate insights to drive business decision
- Monitor and optimize dashboard/report performance and data refresh schedules, also perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferably 2 years of professional experience in Data Analytics and experienced in working with Ecommerce data on one or more of the following marketplaces: Shopee, Tiktokshop, Lazada, Tokopedia.
- Data processing and analytical skills with SQL programming language, Python skills will be an advantage.
- Data visualization skills with visualization software or BI Tools such as Tableau,
- Looker, or Power BI. Tableau preferable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
- Excellent communication skills to translate analytic and insight to audiences.
- Hybrid work with 3-4 days at the office
