Data Analyst

**Job Descriptions**:

- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Business or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position or similar industry.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Experience in data models and reporting packages.
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with data sourcing, data capture, data transformation, and data preparation tools and techniques.
- Experience in working with large disparate datasets (structured, semi-structured or unstructured).
- Creative and analytical thinking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, familiar with machine learning and other tool data analysts.
- Experience with statistical software.
- Reporting and data visualization skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
