Persyaratan

**Requirement**:

- Minimum S1 all major background (preferred in Information technology)
- Proven experience in data migration projects, ETL processes, and data management.
- Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Microsoft SSIS) and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data quality assessment and data cleansing techniques.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and data security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data related issues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Preq. Knowledge: English (Oral & Written)
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience as Data Engineer

Tanggung Jawab

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and

objectives.
- Develop detailed data migration plans, including data mapping, data cleansing, transformation, and validation strategies.
- Analyze source data from various systems to assess data quality, completeness, and suitability for migration.
- Design and implement data transformation processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques.
