JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Mathematics, or related fields, with outstanding academic performance in Indonesia.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Strong user insight and scenario perception abilities.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Ability to independently conduct user interviews.
- Proficiency or familiarity in using user data analysis tools such as e- commerce reviews, operational dashboards, independent traffic tools, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Shulex, and SparkX.
- Ability to independently acquire and analyze industry data, providing prioritized insights and quantified word frequency and word cloud analyses.
