**Analysis and Delivery for B2B Customers**:
Use various data analysis approaches to obtain valuable insights from massive FMCG e-commerce datasets.
Conduct in-depth research to uncover trends, patterns, and brand key performance indicators (KPIs) that are important to B2B clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver actionable insights (deliverables) in a timely manner, such as Client Reports, RAW Data, or Dashboards.
Translate complex data findings into clear and concise reports or presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
**Delivering Client Market Insight Dashboards**:
Assist in the development and delivery of market insight dashboards to clients (in collaboration with Product Delivery PIC).
Collaboration on analytics product development team to ensure the accuracy, reliability, relevancy of data visualizations and dashboards (making improvements or recommendations as needed).
Provide training and support to clients in understanding and utilizing the dashboards effectively.
**Day-to-Day Analysis and Strategy**:
Perform ongoing analysis to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the FMCG e-commerce industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in business strategies (for Compas Enabler Services).
Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data analysis and market insights.
Do data validation on report or dashboard.
Support in findings data issues, data mapping and segmentation.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the FMCG or e-commerce industry.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL (BigQuery), Python, Regex, Looker/GDS, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to define requirement/improving stated requirement on deliverable tasks.
Having knowledge of analysis best practice and other methodology such as sampling, outlier, distribution, etc.
