Data Analyst

About us

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**What you'll do**:
Create and maintain reusable data models for scalability.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify new sources of data and leverage existing ones to measure business performance and identify new opportunities.
Work with stakeholders to investigate data issues and increase quality of data.
Hands-on planning and design of the data warehouse for optimal data understanding, query, investigation, reporting and analytics.
Implement data tests and cleaning scripts to suss out bad data.
Create knowledge repositories within the company.
Drive initiatives for self-service analytics within the company

**What you should have**:
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistic
