Data Analyst Lead

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**

Lead Data Analyst team to collect data from a variety of sources, review, and interpret using data analysis tools to provide meaningful information and insights to help stakeholders make more informed decisions

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**

1.
Conducting analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
2.
Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex datasets that can aid diagnosis and prediction.
3.
Analyze data to find answers to specific questions/problems.
4.
Work with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and develop data governance strategies.
5.
Define metrics based on data availability to achieve an operational improvement strategy.
6.
Provide recommendations on the flow, availability, completeness, and validity of data.
7.
Optimizing existing processes.
8.
Fostering cooperation between the data management team and other internal teams.
9.
Provide clear guidance to the team to carry out activities.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of data analytics.
- Have leadership experience, both leading teams and leading projects.
