Data Analyst (Remote)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret complex data sets and analyze trends to provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets to support decision-making
- Generate and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Maintain and improve existing data models, databases, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Ability to work with large data sets and databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

Pay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month
