**About the Client**:

- To lead and strategically oversee the development and execution of the company's data and analytics vision.
- The Head of Data and Analytics is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, establishing robust data governance, and leveraging advanced analytics to unlock insights that enhance business performance and innovation.
- Ensure the implementation of the following:

- Strategic Leadership in ensuring adoption and integration of advance analytics practices, and to drive cultural shifts toward data driven decision making across departments
- Data governance
- Team management to establish high performing data analytics team and to install continuous learning
- Analytics infrastructure
- And performance measurements

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or any related field 5 years and above
- At least 5 years of experience within the data analytics field and proficient in Java and dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
- Proficient in advanced data analytics, Data management and Governance, Data Architecture, Big Data Technologies, Big Data Technologies, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Industry-specific data knowledge, emerging technologies data analytics: Artificial intelligence, natural language processing and predictive analytics, cross functional integrations, Ethical data practices, Regulatory landscape, Data visualization, and cloud-based Analytics.
- Willing to work from Cikarang area (hybrid arrangement)
