**Responsibilities**:
- Align with Sales and Services Leader in terms of solutions focus and business growth
- Monitors the account pipeline and nurtures active deals from opportunity to close. In addition, builds the pipeline by identifying missed or new opportunities within the account
- Builds on existing customer relationship by designing end-to-end architecture for solutions aligned to the customer's business needs, within the specified scope and budget
- Provide expertise to customers on their technical needs & Participates in deep-dive discussions and gathers information about customer technical needs and assesses customer's current IT infrastructure and translate into solution to the customer
- Supporting the Accounting Manager with tasks when required
- Delivers compelling and convincing presentations addressing specific requirements and expectations; effectively links the technical features and functions of company´s solutions with tangible business benefits that meet customer challenges.
- Accountable for successful project delivery - customer satisfaction and profitability
- Generate technical documents to support selling process
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer or communication from a Reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling
**Job Requirements**:
- Strong level of technical ability with an understanding of business needs, preferably with solution architect experience
- Proven IT infrastructure solution selling experience
- Excellent customer engagement skill
- Strong proven communication skill
- Demonstrates excellent consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling etc.
- Strong people leadership
- Working experience with a technology principle or vendor or systems integrator
