Competencies Expected:
IT Background of IT infrastructure or Data Center) or if with Degree with IT experience

ITIL framework familiarity

Excellent organization skills and time management with strict conformance to deadlines

Meticulous and data focused with good understanding of governance frameworks

Strong documentation and process-oriented skillsets

Ability to communicate with internal staff and vendors of diverse national, cultural backgrounds

Comfortable with remote work as this role is not based in the Data Center (Access will only be

provided on demand basis i.e., no permanent access authorization for this role)

Independent with mínimal supervision and result centric mindset

As this role is mainly covering Asia based entities, working hours is limited between 9AM to 5PM as

**Salary**: Rp4,947,837 - Rp18,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Data Center: 5 years (required)
- Data Center Services Assurance: 3 years (required)

- Local Indonesian (required)
