Responsibilities: Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse. Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate data sources, ensuring data consistency and reliability. Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes to improve performance, scalability, and reduce data processing times. Data Quality Management: Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, ETL mappings, and operational procedures. Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ETL development, data engineering, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, or Microsoft SSIS. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data services. Programming: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
