Jobdesc:
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed data migration plans, including data mapping, data cleansing, transformation, and validation strategies.
- Analyze source data from various systems to assess data quality, completeness, and suitability for migration
- Design and implement data transformation processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on data migration progress to project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and data security standards during the migration process
- Protect sensitive data and maintain data privacy throughout the migration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, developers, and business users, to coordinate data migration activities. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey progress and address any concerns

- Minimum S1 all major background (preferred in Information technology)
- Have 2-3 years of relevant experience as Data Engineer
- Proven experience in data migration projects, ETL processes, and data management
- Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Microsoft SSIS) and SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and relational databases
- Familiarity with data quality assessment and data cleansing techniques
- Knowledge of data governance principles and data security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data related issues
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
