Job Summary Leads the for identification, assessment and design of specific solutions to address identified business challenges. They will plan and collaborate with organizational unit stakeholders through the lifecycle of a project to leading the development of advanced analytics models and production of business insights.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities Leads the design, development and validation of prototype models built using a variety of modelling techniques. They develop advanced analytics model and support the implementation of these models, ensuring data solutions align with business objectives and looking ahead to understand future technology options for the business. Serve as technical expert in a specific process or product area, conducting process reviews and initiating change in order to contribute to continuous improvement of services to internal customers. Research externally primary data sources, select relevant information, continually evaluate key themes in technology make recommendations to inform policy and/or product development in own area of IT. They coach and train more junior team members.
