**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**:
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:_(Including but not limited to:)_**
- Prepare and drop data to call centres
- Export leads from collection platforms
- Format all data for upload into Merlin
- Wash data using Twins de-duplication software
- Ensure data criteria meets the agreed business suppression
- Identify requirements of internal customers on a weekly basis
- Prepare list data for processing and reconcile against the original query request
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure customer compliance
- Complete associated reporting and administration including tracking washout rates and management of reserve data
- Reconciliation against requirements/budgets
- Maintenance of data integrity
- Participate in process change and implement process improvements
- Anticipate internal customers' needs and work proactively to meet and exceed expectations
- Communicate effectively with internal customers by providing solutions to problems and keeping them informed of progress or delays
- Assess identified risks and implement change in consultation with Manager
- Reconciliation of data entered leads against original copies
- Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace
- Display CARE to all internal and external parties
- Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise

**KEY POSITION CRITERIA**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Review and improve process and systems
